What is the Melange all about...

  We are frequently asked, “What does ‘melange’ mean and how do you pronounce it?” Although we are not a French restaurant, melange comes from the French verb meler, which means, “to mix.” Thus, melange is a “mixture or medley.”
  We try to embody this definition in everything we do here at the Melange Apron, from incorporating it into our decor, to infusing it into the food that we create. Most of our furnishings are from garage sales, auctions and antique stores, as we love to re-use and re-purpose. Our food itself is a mixture of delicious flavors and textures that you are sure to enjoy when you dine with us.
  Yet, as important as restoring life and purpose is to furnishings and fixtures, we also delight in the making and establishment of brand new friendships, maybe even more so. We would love for your family and friends to come and join us for a hot, delicious meal, whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even for after dinner drinks or coffee.
